(Soul) Cartel

The name is partially inspired by a manga/manhwa (forgot which) but I'd like to think the plot is mostly of my own doing. This is something that's been rolling around in my mind for a while but due to schoolwork, finals, other RP duties, etc. I haven't really been able to flesh things out and I was hoping that maybe with some help I could test drive it here if not play the whole thing out (:

I'm on my phone...it's probably me but the first time I responded, asking about the plot, I did not see where you put it up until after I posted. Deleted my message thinking again I would be able to see what I missed the first time. *Shaking head* Can't see anything and I think I voted for something...I need to get on my computer.

Awesome! As you may know, it's more of just a setting than a fully realized plot atm which is also what I want help with. All I have so far, is that Mephistopheles will be giving out missions for soul harvesting/retrieval while Seraph's job is essentially sending out his priests/monks to stop the Debtors.

I wouldn't mind if the RP escalated into full-blown war or if it kept a chill "mission-of-the-week" vice so *shrugs*
